How does activation work?
A purchased Roll licence is a signed key. In the app’s Settings, paste it into the licence panel and choose Activate offline. The application verifies the signature locally and stores the activation securely. After verified payment, a delivery email directs you to your account to retrieve the key securely.
Do I need an account to edit my scans?
No website account is required for the desktop editing workflow. Website accounts are used for community submissions, private support and secure purchaser services.
How do payments and delivery work?
Purchases use Stripe hosted checkout, with supported card wallets where available. This is a one-time purchase, with no automatic renewal. After payment confirmation, we email an account link to retrieve your key. Contact support if it has not arrived within one working day.
Have a promotion code? Choose “Add promotion code” on the Stripe checkout page and enter the code before paying. Stripe displays the discount and final total for eligible orders.
What happens after a refund?
Refunds and cancellations block further key retrieval and delivery from this website. An already activated offline key cannot be remotely disabled. The licence and refund terms govern its continued use; contact purchase support if you need help.
